The company works for the community development with special emphasis on the welfare and upliftment of the tribal and rural community. Therefore, agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, sanitation, environment, renewable energy, indigenous knowledge and skills, health, education, awareness, and sustainability will form the nucleus of our activities. The company wants to develop and promote local (tribal and rural) products to the wider consumer market by exploring new market/consumers for their products which will directly help and empower the local people. The company will also help them with new technology to enhance their production and product quality.

The core vision of this company is to Transform Tribal and Rural India by enhancing and strengthening their local economy, skills, indigenous knowledge, etc. Furthermore, this also intends to focus its activities on improving the poor, women, marginalized and the other social vulnerable groups with a holistic and sustainable approach.

The company also wants work in the direction of providing basic amenities to the local people i.e. education, health, sanitation, etc.
